Congratulations to Mike Billman

The board of the English Karate Federation would like to take this opportunity to congratulate its Vice President, Mr. Mike Billman, on his appointment as Chairman of the European Technical Commission. This is the first time that an Englishman has been appointed to this role and its importance demonstrates the respect which is afforded to Mike at such a high level.
This appointment coincides with a request from WKF President, Mr Antonio Espinos for Mike to become a member of the World Karate Federation Technical Commission, again a fantastic achievement, and also with a position on the European Sports Commission.
Mikes appointments mean that English Karate Federation currently has two of its board members holding high ranking positions within the World Karate Federation and European Karate Federation.
