Mike Billman appointed Deputy Chairman of the World Technical Commission
The English Karate Federation congratulates Mike Billman, who, in the absence of the TC Chairman, due to illness, was appointed Deputy Chairman of the World Technical Commission. He was also asked to conduct the Coaches Accreditation Seminar, and to attend the Sports Commission meeting. This is another first as nobody from the UK has ever been appointed to these positions before.
