Kata & Kumite Theory 10:30am - 1pm
Lunch Break 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Kumite Recycle Exam 12:30pm - 1pm
Kata Recycle Exam 1pm - 1:30pm
Kumite/Kata Practical Training 1:30pm - 4:30pm
This Course is for Practical Training & Recycle Examinations Only. New officials are encouraged to attend to gain valuable practical training but No New Assessments will take place.
