24th World Senior Championships. Madrid, Spain. 6-11 November 2018

Day 1 in Baku - 8th February 2012

The afternoon session saw the team travel to the European Stadium where some mats were laid for the the team to practice.

Sensei Willie Thomas and Paul Newby took the kumite members, while Sensei Mottram took the kata team members.

After a good hour training the team settled for a nice well earned meal and early night.

It was Lauren Crawford's birthday so the Squad celebrated with an impromptu cake and 'best wishes' all round!

Tomorrows training session starts 6.30am.
